Tihei-Wa Mauri Ora

This wānanga introduces the Māori model of practice Tihei-Wa Mauri Ora and gives an overview of the indigenous
resources to support this indigenous model.

This is the first of three wānanga.

We invite you to join us in these wānanga about Tihei-Wa Mauri Ora, a Māori model of practice. This wānanga series is for kaimahi Māori working in the mental health and addiction sector. Tihei-Wa Mauri Ora can be utilised when working with whānau, within your organisation, and within the health system. Indigenous resources developed for Tihei-Wa Mauri Ora will be presented in the wānanga led by Teina Piripi and co-facilitated by Terri Cassidy, Te Rau Ora.

Participants must attend Tihei-Wa Mauri Ora first before attending wānanga 2 and/or 3.
