Te Iti me te Rahi: Everyone Counts shares the experiences of Māori working across the health sector. Developed by Te Rau Ora and Infometrics, the 2026 reports draw on responses from 1,751 Māori health workers, with comparisons to the 2018 survey.

The reports explore recruitment, workplace satisfaction, qualifications, leadership, cultural support, mātauranga hauora and perspectives on artificial intelligence. A supplementary report focuses on Māori working in mental health. Together, they provide insights to inform workforce planning, investment and development.
