Sarah has an extensive background in Human Resources and Employment Relations, and business development.  She has worked in a variety of industries from Technology to Government, Thoroughbred Racing to Forestry, and now Health. 

Over her years in human resources and business development roles, she has held several strategic and senior management positions.  This has allowed her to drive her advocacy for people and organisational systems and structures which are beneficial and supportive of people development as well as providing better ways of working.

Sarah has also founded and operated her own consultancy as well as been instrumental in collaborating with others to develop business consultancies in Suva, Fiji, Port Vila, Vanuatu, and Wellington, New Zealand. She has gained a wealth of knowledge and skills along the way which she has now transferred into her current role with Te Rau Ora.  Sarah is a people person, and you’ll always find her door open with her ready and available for a good kōrero!
