Strengthening our relationships and kaupapa as Māori are just as important for our kaimahi as it is in the mahi we provide to our people as a National Māori Organisation focused on strengthening Māori health and wellbeing.
Our Annual kaimahi noho wānanga held at Hoani Waititi Marae, Auckland was informed by principles of whānaungatanga; kotahitanga; te Reo me ōna tikanga and manaakitanga. The two day noho revisited our whakapapa, vision and kaupapa. In addition to focusing on strengthening our relationships with each other and planning for the future of Te Rau Ora.
Located at Hoani Waititi Marae, emphasised the mana of the Marae, the connection to grassroots communities and the possibilities for our people when cultural identity and support for matauranga Māori, te Reo me ōna tikanga are prioritised!
We are extremely grateful for the whānau who choose to mahi with Te Rau Ora who make the magic happen for our communities and sectors.
