A short report on Māori leadership and integrated decision-making has been written by Chellie Spiller, Rachel Wolfgramm, Ella Henry, and Robert Pouwhare. Over the last three years this mean team has gathered the views of hundreds of people to answer the following questions:
1. What are the distinctive dimensions and drivers of innovative Māori leadership and integrated decision-making?
2. How do these characteristics deliver pluralistic outcomes that advance transformative and prosperous Māori economies of wellbeing?
The short report is part of a repository of knowledge that will continue to grow as they refine and deepen their insights into how Māori leadership is enacted. This short report provides the opportunity to view some of the findings of the three years. The team is seeking your feedback to help with the next iteration.
