Raising the frontline workforces’ emotional, mental health, and social wellbeing is just as important as the public health measures being applied during COVID 19 to protect their physical wellbeing.
Multifaceted strategies are needed for workforces to deal with the increase in stress that COVID-19 has created. Such as stress reduction; helpful education and support methods; in the moment measures and where necessary professional help.
Often colleagues will see changes in each other, which will provide an opportunity to offer help, support or talk to someone.
